RAIL - MISCELLANEOUS EARTHWORKS
The project was in operation for 2 years from 2019 to 2021 and consisted of the following services:
- supply, installation, maintenance operation and de-mobilisation of standpipes, pumps, and associated power supply for extraction from water bores and storage facilities
- clearing, grubbing, topsoil stripping and stockpiling
- borrow operations including establishment, management and rehabilitation of borrow areas, access tracks, overburden/unsuitable removal, processing and conditioning of borrow material
- grading, re-sheeting, conditioning, trimming, maintenance and dust suppression of unsealed roads
- installation of temporary and permanent signage
- excavation, load and haul, material conditioning and compaction
- logistical support including unloading and distribution of materials
- remove spillage from roads
- dewatering and flood management
